Japan Review, the English-language academic journal published by Nichibunken, is now registered on J-STAGE, an online platform for the dissemination of Japanese academic journals.

J-STAGE is a platform for scholarly publications in Japan. It is developed and managed by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and offers the second largest number of free accessible articles in the world. Currently, more than 4,000 journals, conference proceedings, and other publications from over 2,400 publishing organizations in Japan are available on J-STAGE, which is also accessed by many overseas users.

Nichibunken has registered Japan Review with JSTOR, Web of Science, EBSCO, and Scopus, but this registration with J-STAGE will make Japan Review more widely available to the world and is expected to increase is visibility as an academic journal.
