International Members Have Newly Joined the Consortium for Global Japanese Studies
In the NIHU Fourth Mid-term Objectives (FY2022-2027), the International Research Center for Japanese Studies is aiming to promote the development of the Consortium for Global Japanese Studies into a global collaborative organization with the participation as member institutions of universities and other research institutions not only in Japan but also overseas.
7 research institutions have newly joined the Consortium as international members this time.

As of February 2024, there are 40 full international members and 3 associate international members in the Consortium. Based on collaboration among Japanese and overseas research institutions, we will continue to further promote interdisciplinary and international joint research.
