We have newly subsribed to two databases on Kikuzô II Visual (Asahi shimbun database).

The Asahi Shimbun Reduced-size Facsimile Edition "Image Database of Regional pages" contains local news published by Asahi Shimbun covering each prefecture. Useful for looking up past local events and history. Although the date range varies by prefecture, generally it spans from 1935 to 1999.
■ Overseas Editions
The Asahi Shimbun Reduced-size Facsimile Edition "Image Database of Overseas Editions" contains regional news published by Asahi Shimbun covering such as Taiwan and Korea in colonies. Useful for looking up past colonial events and history. Although the date range varies by region, generally it spans from 1935 to 1945.
