エドワード・ボイル総合情報発信室
専門分野	境界研究、文化遺産論、島嶼研究
研究テーマ	近世・近代・現代における境界及び国境の変容や変遷過程に関する研究に従事している。空間が文化・歴史遺産化される過程について「記憶の境界」という概念を用いて分析を行っている。日本国内に限らず、東北アジア地域や、北東インド、太平洋地域に関する研究も進めている。
