Generally, science history is regarded as a discipline of natural science. This team research aims to apply its manner to explaining the history of the humanities, and make the elements which affect the academic world clear.
　 For example, many scholars try to keep up with times. Not a few researchers even in the humanities go with the current of the times. We will clarify the way how the times influenced the condition of the humanities. Moreover, we will distinguish the times which influenced almost all fields from the times which influenced only a few particular fields.A school ties the attitude of scholars who belong to it. In Japan, we know by experience that Tokyo university and Kyoto university have different academic traditions. This team research will investigate how and how much the school traditions bind the discourses of each scholar.
